A World Without Facebook

My biggest struggle with the second year students (most of whom were born in the early nineties - imagine that!) has been to get them to turn their media off. No phones, ipods, facebook-twittering... just silence and drawing. It seems less is still sometimes more. Look at these beautiful, simple, uncluttered drawings. Please take into account this is only their second year of study - before that, most of them had never picked up a pencil.

Once again I apologise for the less than professional photography. I do wish I had Darren Murray or Andrew Griffin in my pocket at all times!  Happy weekend everyone. xxx
