In the midst of a busy weekend we took a breather with a quiet stroll around the Hendrik Stroebel exhibition currently on at the KZNSA in Bulwer Road. Please, all Durban people (and anyone within driving distance) get yourselves down to the gallery to see this absolutely gobsmacking work. I can't even begin to explain the layers of beauty and detail, and the almost unbearable sense of nostalgia and deep deep love this exhibition evokes. Don't miss it.
